Kerry D. Dannenberg is Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for CTX Mortgage Company. In this position, he is responsible for oversight of CTX Mortgage's secondary marketing, product development, underwriting, credit policy, and construction lending functions. Additional responsibilities include managing the company's relationships with agencies, servicers, mortgage investors, and mortgage insurance companies.

Mr. Dannenberg received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 and obtained his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1997. Immediately prior to joining CTX Mortgage, Mr. Dannenberg worked at Amwest Savings Association from 1990-1992. He was promoted to Vice President of Product Development for CTX Mortgage in 1999 and then to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2002. In December of 2002, he was named Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and then Executive Vice President in August of 2005. He is currently serving as a Director of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association Secondary and Capital Markets Committee.
