Ms. Dunn joined CTX Mortgage in 1989 as an Underwriter in the Fort Worth Branch. In 1990, she became the Western/California Regional Underwriting Manager and in 1992 she was named Assistant Vice President for Underwriting and Compliance and Vice President of Production Support. She was named Senior Vice President of Production Support in 1998. Ms. Dunn accepted the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer in 1999, and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Industry Relations.
Ms. Dunn began her career in 1981 at Advantage Financial Planners, as a self-employed financial planner. She spent two years at Empire of America as a loan processor, closer and originator. Previously, Ms. Dunn was employed as an underwriter for Nowlin Mortgage and Capitol Mortgage.
Ms. Dunn is a member of the FHA Appraisal Practices Committee, MBA Underwriting Committee and is a current member of the Fannie Mae Underwriting Advisory Council.
