EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bill Naryka joined CTX Mortgage Co. in January 2002 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Naryka began his career with Ernst and Young in 1969 and was Audit Manager when he left the company in 1978. He served as Controller for First Bank System, Inc. between 1978 and 1982 at which time he joined Bremer Financial Corp. as Chief Financial Officer. In 1992, Bill was hired as Chief Financial Officer for Bank One Diversified Services Corp. a subsidiary of Banc One, Columbus, Ohio. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Banc One Mortgage Corp. when he left the company to join Fleet Mortgage Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company including hedging of mortgage servicing right asset, treasury functions and financial reporting and controls.
Mr. Naryka holds a B.A. in business administration from Briar Cliff College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
