Cathy Stroud is a Regional Executive Vice President for CTX Mortgage Company. Her area consists of seven states: Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, and Texas.
Ms. Stroud joined CTX in 1989 as a branch manager and was promoted to Colorado state manager in 1996. While serving as state manager, Ms. Stroud oversaw more than $1.9 billion in loan volume in Colorado. She has also received CTX Mortgage's William J. Parecco Award for salesmanship and the C.A. Bacon President Award from the Colorado Mortgage Loan Association.
Ms. Stroud received a B.A. from Colorado State University in 1980. She has been involved in the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA) since 1993. She served on the Board of Directors from 1993-1995 and was then elected to the Executive Committee in 1995 where she served as President in 1999. In addition, Ms. Stroud is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, where she has served on the residential loan production steering committee.
